Sopra Bella- Elegant 4BR, Family Friendly, OSU

This gorgeous, upscale family home is the perfect spot for Spring Break, Parent’s Weekend, or OSU games.

The four-bedroom two story, 2 1/2 bathroom home has modern amenities, a Traeger grill, an outdoor fire pit, an indoor fireplace, and a basketball hoop in the driveway.

This home is in the desirable Northwest section of town, where upper middle-class families have homeschooled children playing in the streets, and retired neighbors garden outside during the the daytime. You can expect to see a flock of turkeys walking down the street, and maybe a mother deer and her fawn, in the front yard.

The basement apartment is a separate listing, that may be also rented out. It’s listed as Baby Bella, here on VRBO. If you have rented Sopra Bella, another guest may be in Baby Bella. They have their own separate entrance, and you will have no interaction with them. If you would like the full house, which is called Bella, please inquire for that too. (Five total bedrooms)

The garage is off-limits. You do have full access to the laundry room.

We welcome you to treat this home as if it were your own, which we expect is a kind, respectable manner.

We, your hosts Ellen and Tori, are available to answer any questions that may arise. We respond to messages within an hour, usually sooner. Although you will likely not see us throughout your stay, we, and our staff, can assist as needed.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 people, with two to a bed. There is an additional twin sized air mattress, for a 9th person. Note that on VRBO there is not an option for “air mattress,” so it’s listed as a “sofa bed.” It is not a sofa bed. It is an air mattress.

The basement apartment is off-limits, unless you have specifically rented it as well.
Parties, pets, and smoking of any kind is not allowed. Upon booking, you will be asked for your ID, vehicle information, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.

This cozy neighborhood in the hills is next to bike paths, parks and playgrounds. It’s 3 miles from Oregon State University and downtown Corvallis. 60 miles from Portland International Airport, and 75 minutes to the beach.
