A lush English-style lawn, framed by centuries-old trees, leads to the 16th-century residence Il Casale, which features cosy apartments capable of accommodating everyone from couples to large families. The holiday apartments are nestled in the typical Tuscan countryside, just 3 km from Cortona, and offer a swimming pool, park, green spaces, and a golf driving range—ideal for small groups or families who wish to stay near Cortona without sacrificing the comforts of independent accommodation.



The property features a large 16 x 8-meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy the unmistakable silhouette of Cortona rising high on the hill, with its bell towers and imposing walls of Etruscan origin. The town can be reached by car or on foot via the trails of the archaeological park, which begin just a few hundred metres from the farmhouse.



The ten apartments, located on the ground floor or spread over two floors, can accommodate between 2 and 8 people per apartment.



8-person apartment:

consisting of two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds, two bathrooms with showers, two living/dining rooms, and two fully equipped kitchenettes.



Three-room apartment for 4 guests:

consisting of two bedrooms with double beds or one bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds, one bathroom with a shower, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette.



Three-room apartment for 3 guests:

consisting of one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two bathrooms with showers, and a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette.



Two-room apartment (sleeps 2):

consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a shower, and a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
