"My wife and I ended up extending our stay here by another 3 nights. Great location - very walkable to the main part of town. The AC kept us cool and the manager was very easy to work with! Highly recommend!"
"It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre."

"Very lovely small hotel with perfect location in La Spezia. All restaurants are very close, the train station is just next door, and even the harbor is at walkable distance.
Even if the hotel is centrally located, I wasn’t disturbed by the notices from outside. I normally wake up very easily.
The bed was comfortable and the room was nice an cozy. Very beautiful interior. Especially I loved the bathroom’s jungle feeling.
No breakfast in the hotel, but the coffee was good. Many breakfast places...

"We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:)
The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby!

"A fantastic hotel. A lot of money has been spent renovating it to a high standard. Our room was excellent with an amazing view over the town. The breakfast was generally good, but the hot choices did not have warmers under them and were therefore cold! The receptionists were super helpful with check-in and guiding us to the underground car park. As it is an old hotel, there is more than one lift. The one we used was quirky and tiny - only fitting 2 people with 2 cases."
"The property itself is quite unique with spacious and comfortable rooms. Access is by arranged meeting since the property is not accessible from the street without a key. We were greeted by Simone who gave us access to the property along with a friendly welcome. Elisa then gave us the rundown of the property over a complimentary caffe and proceeded to give us friendly advice and dining recommendations as well as a welcome bottle of chianti. Overall, this was an excellent stay. the only drawback was parking. free parking options were not easily found at the time we arrived, and we ended up paying for parking in the train station parking garage."
