"Elisa and Simone are wonderful hosts, and they made us feel like family. They were so helpful and attentive to our needs, taking the time to send us restaurant recommendations, chat and give us a sense of the city and area history. They provided maps and directions to Cinque Terre. The hotel's location is perfect - a short walk from/to the train station and in the center with restaurants and shops all around. It is a nice walk to the port on a pedestrian street for wonderful fresh seafood! This is a small hotel with a bed and breakfast feel, although no breakfast because there are great breakfast spots just outside the hotel. Elisa and Simone made it feel as they welcomed us to their home including chocolate and wine upon arrival! Grazie."
