The breakfast was amazing! Best free breakfast we’ve ever had!! Bed was comfy. We got a room with the whirlpool and sadly the jets didn’t work. but other than that, a great experience!!

The room was nice. Do to weather did even use room other than to shower. Management had me check in online and then refused to split cost with me knowing that we did physically did not arrive until 9am same day of check out which was at 11am.

I did not get the room or services shown to me on Expedia that I had chosen. The hotel was being renovated; the swimming pool contained algae; television did not work properly. The dining was being renovated so I was told to walk across the street to the Holiday Inn to get my full breakfast. Management said they could not refund my money since I went through Expedia. The front desk employees were excellent and tried to help with anything I needed.

We booked two queen suite and they gave us one king suite. When we told them they said they were all booked up. This room was for a mother and son whom were not going to share the king bed. When we pulled out the sofa bed there were stains and mouse dropping on the mattress. When we told the the front they just said they could give us extra sheets to cover the mattress.

The elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor, and there was no way to charge our phones on each side of the bed. Just a little outdated for the amount of money we spent.

Great hotel!

Great hotel eventhough we did not get the room we booked. We were supposed to have a room with a jacuzzi tub. I don't know if the hotel doesn't have one or it was already booked. Friendly staff at check in. Hotel and room was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was EXTREMELY hot but good tasting after it cooled down enough to drink. Parking is easy and well lighted. Great location near major highways and convenient dining options. The only complaint we had is the curtains in our room were not big enough to cover the whole window. Our room faced the front parking lot with bright lights. It was a little frustrating that we couldn't block out the bright lights.

Strong smell of mold

I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to address any concerns. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that made my stay uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the presence of mold which raised serious health concerns. While the staff's professionalism was appreciated, the cleanliness and condition of the room left much to be desired. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

The entire facility is run down. Our room’s darkening curtain wouldn’t close so bring a hair tie. Our lamp in our room had a spider & web in it. Toothpaste on mirror and faucet. Hair in our shower. Bathroom on first floor had a bathroom out of service. Towels were crispy. Overall the place just isn’t kept up at all. I would not recommend.

Overall good. Room/bath was fine

Overall a good stay. Very nice check in employee:Tim I believe. Parking lot had a very drunk man sitting on the curb singing loudly. Pretty off putting. Lobby bathroom had zero a/c, mold going up the corner in a big swath and the toilet seat looks original to the hotel…very worn out and chipped. Elevator was pretty creaky with jolts but we made it. And lastly the pillows were definitely used up. Probably time to buy some new ones. All were flat as pancakes. BUT: the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, shower had adjustable nozzle, room was in order and clean.

The hotel was under construction. The elevators smelled like gas going up and going down. We had to hold our nose so as to not breathe in the gas. The air in our room was dusty. Every time the Air conditioning went on, we could almost taste the dust. We tried to get a partial refund, but because we went thru Expedia, a 3rd party, no refund or partial refund could be extended. There was a pageant in town, and most of the hotels were already booked.

Not informed on expedia that it was completely unacceptable to be in. Clerk not in building came from hotel next door. Please provide me a way to share facility pictures of mold, construction debris, scratched up doors, no breakfast in building (offered at new hotel across parking lots some roomlights not working, tv tiny and too far away. Tried to reach expedia through virtual link but ignored.
