Disappointed.
Was disappointed knowing we were staying 2 nights that we had to ask for clean towels and were told our room doesn't get freshened up unless we stay 2 or 3 nights. I was confused and considering what we paid and to not have a free breakfast. No way would I pay $15.00 per person for that. Will be looking elsewhere for my next stay.

Great hotel-convenient to everything
Room very clean but average hotel room. Bed comfy. Location amazing to everything we came for. Would stay again if going to Corpus Christi.

no dryer
We were happy with most everything about our room, my only thing was there was no hair dryer. I have never stayed at any type of hotel and there wasn't one. Was really surprised and disappointed as I did not bring one. And no free breakfast as well.

Check-in was quick and easy. The bar service was the best because the bartender is certainly the best staff member there! The room was fine and there's a Saltgrass Steakhouse within walking distance.

We have stayed at this property repeatedly over the years. It was built in 2007, so it was wonderful for 5-10 years. But now it is so dirty, we will never be back. I hate that too, because the food is great and the staff is wonderful. A cockroach fell off a doorway onto my son’s arm and the bathrooms were dirty and there were multiple hairs in the tub and on the floor when we checked in. Very disappointing.

All trash cans in the lobby and on each floor after getting off the elevator were overflowing with trash from the evening we checked in to the next morning when we checked out. Mold in the bathroom showers. Door handles so full of grimey fingerprints that we used a clorox wipe to clean them with. Womens restroom in the lobby was very dirty. Two stalls were out of order, one toilet had not been flushed, which left only one stall semi-suitable for use bc it was dirty as well. No complimentary breakfast; for the price and lack of cleanliness the least they could do was provide a complimentary breakfast. The best thing about this hotel was the nice staff and it was a pretty quiet stay. I cant stand moldy showers and for that, I would love a refund but I'm not going to bother with the hassle of trying to get one.

Short staffed hall way 1st floor very bad sewer smell staff were very nice but always behind on doing the jobs of others and theirs , beds very uncomfortable , small gnats in the room our hole 5 day stay , place just needs a little attention.

I was disappointed as the bathtub had poop stains on the inside of the tub! It was covered with the shower curtain! Was very disappointed as it was after the fact when I saw it! Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to detail as this is disgusting!

The only problem was with check in. We arrived to check in about 3:15 and were told there were no clean rooms and it would be about a 45 minute wait and she’d come get us. We sat down in the lobby and shortly noticed other people checking in. I waited a bit and then asked what about us? They said room now available - didn’t know where we were (we were in clear view of the reception desk). Other than that all great.
