The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond. Located on each site is a 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan. There is also a 40- 50-foot pad for your RV and additional parking for your vehicle. The park has FREE WIFI AND FREE ELECTRIC. There are motor coach spots and also pull behind sites. Make this your new home away from home to RV every year!

Making memories at Sandfest!
This place is so beautiful. It had everything you could possibly ask for in a perfect stay. Took our grand kids to Sandfest. The next day we went to beach and made our own sand castles! There is a fire pit in each site. There is a wonderful outdoor kitchen, with 4 bar stools at each site.A very nice clubhouse and pool with splash pad. There’s a dog park, if you take your fur babies. We enjoyed the time spent with our grandkids so much. They are still talking about it. Keep asking can we go back this summer.

Horrible experience
No heat. Had to buy our own heater. Property manager tried to help but didn’t know how to fix heating either. Spent three days cold and frustrated. Cannot recommend this place at all.

Poorly Designed
Very poorly designed RV park. Definitely not meant for bumper pulls either. Outdoor kitchen area is right by the sewer line. Your camper's door has to face away from the kitchen area. No communal showers. Only one toilet in the rec center. If you don't drive a Class A or Class C RV that you can park in any direction, you're going to have a tough time. The online add did not mention this either.
