I had reserved for a king size bed, and I got what looked like a full size, the manager argued that it was a queen and made no intent to give me a king. I was very dissapointed

Front of the fishing pier, very noisy, common areas dirty, tv didn’t work , my room didn’t have enough furniture, but it was very clean , front desk Vanessa she was very kind and helpful, girl @ morning very awake for needs; no machine ice working, halls around hotel not clean .

It was on the water. The continental breakfast was good. I had a cockroach in the room. I arrived at midnight and there were people partying at the pool being very noisy. You enter your room from the outside like a motel. There was an RV park in the parking lot of the hotel. I will not be staying there again.

Front desk associates could use a little more training in Customer Service, they were two middle-aged Hispanic ladies. The much older white lady was amiable, courteous, and assisted to the best of her ability. The two can definitely take a couple of pointers from her.

Needs TLC, lots of dings and damage. Breakfast was pretty bad... Lots of families, pool looked nice. Fishing pier was just ok (rickety and old). Good value for price. Shower was good.
