"We are part of a Portuguese Folklore Dance group that gets invited to dance at the annual Portuguese Festival in Point Loma each year. With it being Memorial Weekend and lots of graduations happening, hotels were impossible to find. We came across this property and it did not disappoint! "Upon arrival we were told not to mention it was a VRBO and that we are the host’s cousins. Upon alerting customer service of this and the notice in the elevator stating short term rentals are not allowed, they said the host said the notice is old and no longer relevant, and the most they could do is a 50$ refund as it did not classify as part of the guarantee to find a place.
