"I am not a picky person. I just want a place to sleep while I visit Disneyland. This hotel is the bottom of the bottom. They advertised a shuttle to the parks but on arrival they said the city discontinued it and they don’t have anything. It is NOT walkable and I paid for it by trying. The rooms are old. The shower curtain was torn and barely hung. I turned the water all the way on hot in the morning, and still ended up with a cold shower. The beds squeaked anytime anyone moved in their bed so that made for a long long night. Learn from me….."

"The first time we stayed there they put us in the room right by the housekeeping room and we walked in and saw two cockroaches. Went and told front office and they put us in another room. I thought ide give it another chance due to them having a suite with bunk beds. I was never advised that I would have to request for housekeeping and so for 2 days my room wasn’t cleaned until I was finally advised that a request is needed. I don’t know why they have do not disturb signs if housekeeping doesn’t even come. Then when they did they only made 1 out of 3beds took old towels gave new ones and that was it. To pay over 1k for 4 nights and have crappy service is insane. I keep trying to speak with a manager and have yet to speak to one. I will never stay there again."

"The hotel has a shuttle to Disneyland for a fee. My wife and I chose to take the 15 minute walk through Downtown Disney and enter the parks that way. The breakfast had some slight variation each of the three mornings and was well attended. Staff was friendly and our room was pleasant, though a little dated."
