Quiet Waterfront Cottage Close To Charlottetown
- 'York Point Beach House’ is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage on the water in a quiet setting just 10 minutes west of Charlottetown in Cornwall. Just minutes from restaurants and other service amenities, the cottage sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. The dining room comfortably seats 6. The cottage is fully furnished & equipped with propane BBQ, washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances (including dishwasher & air fryer), and WiFi. A 10x16 sunroom and two large panoramic composite decks with steps to the water and a large yard provide ample space for enjoying this peaceful scenic destination. Excellent location for beach-combing or to just relax and watch the wildlife - blue herons, eagles, seals, etc. Popular north shore and south shores beaches are 20-30 minutes away. There are 2 external security cameras on site for security purposes.
