"I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. We had food and shelter. The resort also make sure logistically that everything was accommodated for."

The bartenders were top notch and made great drinks. Shoutout to O’Shea. The food was the best I ever had and I’ve been to many AI resorts. Jamaica didn’t disappoint and we will be back. "
