"We had an amazing stay at this resort from beginning to end. The property was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were both fast, smooth, and very efficient, which made our experience even more convenient and stress-free. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and exceeded our expectations. Every detail of the resort made our vacation feel special and relaxing. The amenities, atmosphere, and overall service truly created a memorable experience. We especially appreciated how attentive and accommodating the staff was, always making sure we were enjoying our stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"Loved my stay i will be back"

"Had an ocean view room which had a great view and was quite close to the water. We wanted a room with two beds but had to settle for a queen bed and a cot. We didn’t have all inclusive plan but paid for drinks and enjoyed the pizza made at resort. Walking to nearby restaurants was a little nervous as there isn’t much of a shoulder on the road. Pool was warm and clean. We were there for a week and saw a band play twice there. Awesome!"

"The property is beautiful! Be sure to be there on a Thursday for Jamaica Night! It is the best night by far. The other nights the entertainment was just ok. Good amount of activities to do at the hotel. The hotel could improve nightly entertainment due to a the location there not much to do near the property. The rooms are beautiful. The food is pretty good for an inclusive hotel. "

"Great stay. Hospitable staff except one at the jerk at sunset. Female chef not so receptive, maybe because we are Jamaican, but all others were great, Will definately go back"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riu Montego Bay. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The food was fresh, plentiful, and offered a good variety, which we really appreciated. The beach and water were also very clean and beautiful, making it easy to enjoy our time by the ocean. The only downside during our stay was the beach vendors. They were very persistent and often continued approaching us even after we politely said no several times. At times, vendors came directly to our beach umbrella multiple times, which interrupted the relaxing experience. I’m not sure whether this is permitted by the hotel, but it was the only part of the trip that felt uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great vacation and would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, and beautiful beach."

"We had a pretty rough start with the room keys not working, but the manager was absolutely amazing and quickly sorted everything out by upgrading us. From that moment on, it was an incredible experience. I loved every second of it and will definitely be back!"
