"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The resort is beautiful however they do not serve alcohol, which I understand, but it was not clearly listed on the website when I booked. I had been sick during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, to get medicine delivered to my room to help me get in touch with a doctor. The customer service was extra extraordinary I would definitely return so that I could enjoy my stay without being sick"

"Over all location is good, breakfast is good, rooms are clean however the only downside was that all the rooms smell like smoke if you turn the AC on. "

"Staff were very welcoming. Hotel foyer opulent but so cosy. Food was nice but very western, not Arabic. Loved the fish dishes. Good location, opposite the beach, near the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and Sharjah gold souk. Liked that the pools had a canopy as it created some privacy. The spa was closed."
