"Good internet connection. Close to everything. The security staff helped us get a ride to the airport even though there was flooding and taxis weren’t available. Their room service was excellent. Everything we ordered tasted great and the portions were good. "

"Over all location is good, breakfast is good, rooms are clean however the only downside was that all the rooms smell like smoke if you turn the AC on. "

"Staff were very welcoming. Hotel foyer opulent but so cosy. Food was nice but very western, not Arabic. Loved the fish dishes. Good location, opposite the beach, near the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and Sharjah gold souk. Liked that the pools had a canopy as it created some privacy. The spa was closed."
