It is quiet, with a parking spot, and we would stay here again for our next trip. For folks who like to sleep in, bring a sleep mask as the morning sun does filter through the blinds. "The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"When David built this basement apartment, he did not spare expense. The design and the quality of materials, fixtures and appliances is top notch. Not to mention the top of the line Sony projector, movie screen and surround sound. It feels like you are in a theater. Of course now we are spoiled at home with our puny big screen LOL. "Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains!
