"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10. "We did not use the pool but it appeared very clean. The rooms were very clean. Staff were top class and always willing to help. "

"This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again."
