The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments.

We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC. Here are some of our thoughts: - The hotel was lovely, an extensive resort filled with natural beauty and plenty of grounds to wander through. - The beach is gorgeous with soft, powdery sand and lots of space. We did struggle to get beds but the staff worked hard to resolve this. On two of 3 occasions, beds we had had lost their support to sit up - an investment in more and new beds would be an easy solution. - There was security stationed in multiple places around the resort, including when you come on and off the beach as it’s public, so we felt very safe. - The hotel has a number of restaurants, we ate at 2 of them and another one we got ‘take out’ to the beach, all were very delicious. - The rooms were spacious (although the bathroom a little confusing with two doors and loud sliding doors in the night) and very clean. There were lots of products and things you may need to help yourself to. - We don’t use it but the pool looked lovely but there didn’t seem to be too many beds and they were all seemingly full following breakfast. - The hotel provides buggies if you ask for them if you need or want assistance getting around as it is vast (beautiful for walking around but could be a challenge if you are not overly mobile)

Top Notch Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was perhaps one of the best experiences we have had. The hospitality and food were simply outstanding. The staff were extremely polite and understanding. We would definitely like to come back soon.

It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including the Royal Afgan grill and the Kebab section. Soma in the spa was equally skinned and welcoming when it came to Ayurvedic massage. We would strongly recommend staying at ITC grand Goa.

This ITC grand Goa is a super resort with a serene atmosphere and excellent facilities. The rooms are high quality and sufficiently luxurious. The resort caters to all your needs and has a very good spa and reasonable gym. Surprised to also find a steam room and sauna. The outside pool was large and very well maintained. The beech was pristine and had an annexed restaurant right there. The surrounding gardens were beautifully maintained. The main buffet was very good and there were other al la carte options for variety. In all a worthy five star rating and I can’t wait to come back.

Best experience I could hope for!

We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed. Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care. Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling. Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Staff need better training customer service was not good at all. Dirty glasses, long wait for service, most staff except for a few behaved as if they didn’t want to be there! Generally disappointing for a five star resort in South Goa.
