"We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia when a problem occurred with our previous hotel in the local area. "Hotels.com said that reception closed at 20.00 but it closed at 19.00! Fortunately we arrived at the same time as some other late arrivals who phoned someone and found their room card under the outside ash tray....ours was there too. Unfortunately the details were incorrect so it took us ( and several friendly people) a long time to find our room. The whole site was almost empty and only just starting for the season. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. When we met the receptionist the following morning she was very apologetic. We feel that better information about the Adonis should be provided. "

"Currently very dirty. I felt so sorry for the cleaners I made sure to leave a 5 Euro per day tip for their hard work but even the best cleaners could not keep up with the dirt around this property currently. There is messy reconstruction of the onsite pool, a big port construction project right across the street and a total remodel of a big hotel next door. Plus sand from the beach blows in and people do not clean up after their dogs on the sidewalk to the beach. Yuck. Many dogs in hotel shed hair that gets on your clothes. Parents hold infants in dirty clothes over the food in the breakfast room while filling their plates. No screens on windows."

"Our check-in process was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgable team members which was a great start to the stay. The room was fantastic, everything had been thought of (utensils, welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances). The pool was incredible, a little dated (a couple of interactive features did not work, and they did not turn on the water features until we were out and ready to leave), but such a relaxing change of pace to other family parks we have experiences. The outdoor pool area was welcomed by our two children too, being warmed too was an excellent addition. The on site shop has selected opening times, something to bear in mind if you’re relying on it for anything. The children’s area is superb, we could have spent everyday of our stay all day here! So overall, we’re very happy with our stay and already looking ahead to our return visit!"

"Not the most attractive hotel from the outside but everything inside was excellent. Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless rooms and plentiful buffet breakfast. The pool and sauna were again spotless, well maintained and warm. Decor inside was 'different' most amusing to see various animals holding all the light fittings..!"
