The property is located within driving distance to anywhere on the island. Remember to pack up some insect repellents we had some issues with mosquitoes. Other than that I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax with a nice ocean view. The sunset from our apartment was stunning."

Quiet, peaceful, lovely landscaping, beautiful view of the bay/Saint Martin, and at maximum, a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Ivor and the other staff we interacted with were warm, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This property is amazing. It is even better than it looks on the listing. We found the property managers to be very helpful, they will arrange for the villa to be stocked upon arrival. They provide everything you would need and are always available to help and easy to contact. The property is well maintained and was spotless upon our arrival thanks to Rose, the housekeeper. The location of the villa is great because you are in the middle of the island and everything is easy to get to. The rooms are all very comfortable and all have great views. The pool is definitely a highlight with a fantastic view of St Martin."
