Semi Relaxing house

You get what you paid for from this hotel and on the island you do not want to cheap out on your sleeping arrangements. Got to use the gym it was adequate for a hotel. It is a Hilton related property so you can get Hilton credit, turn down service with cookies. Resort is pretty far away from everything 15 minute drive to most places some 20 minutes. The resort is built for you to not have to leave if you do not want to, a bunch of activities, and a variety of choices to eat. Room service menu was very good. Hotel staff was nice, responsive, and accommodating. It is right off the beach, with multiple swimming pools, including adult only pool just know onsite attendant.

The people working here are all wonderful. The stay was excellent, the property is excellent. The views are incredible! The beach is perfect! It's the only place I would stay on the island if and when I ever go back. Absolutely awesome! Thank you so much! : )

This is the most beautiful property I've ever been to. The best staff, everything is so clean and perfect. They have literally thought of everything from having sun block pumps at the beach and pool, to flip-flops in your suite, they make it the most relaxing place. I was there with my two kids (22 months and 3) and its SO child friendly and lovely. The food was also amazing. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you Zemi!!!

Although my pre-arrival experience wasn't the best, the staff did their best to make up for it upon arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful. Its odd that there's no bar at the adult pool but the beach pool/bar was pretty cool. The beach is AMAZING. I have no real complaints.

This was our second visit to Zemi and we were not disappointed! The property and beach are pristine and beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They all take the opportunity to get to know you and help you. The food at the restaurants is delicious with good portions. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and all cone with a balcony. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. Zemi is an amazing getaway if you are looking to relax and be taken care of. Special shoutout to Michael and Tuneero at the beach who made every day easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back soon!

The beach was lovely, but the water was rough most of the time we were there. There is a ledge that drops about 2 feet once you get into the ocean and up to your waist. Too rough for kids, but there is a lovely pool My biggest complaint is the service..in the restaurant and on the beach. The first two days it was ok…maybe 30-40 minutes for tacos on the beach. Because Zemi was already taking a large service charge that was split amongst all the staff, I was not tipping 20 percent. By the third day, my lunch was taking an hour and a half to arrive and dinner took almost two hours. It was quite clear that I was experiencing a work slow down of sorts..due to the fact that I was not tipping well in the staffs opinion. I started tipping 20 percent and the problem rectified itself immediately. The staff was chatty and friendly. So I was paying a service charge and 20 percent tip. I also was giving the beach staff cash tips. I did not want my vacation ruined by making an issue, not did I think this would do anything to improve the attitude of the staff. So I caved in. I have never experienced this at a first class resort. I have traveled to over 156 countries and usually stay in first class resorts. I would not return because of it.

The Zemi Beach Resort is beautiful. It’s a small and intimate resort with one adult only pool and one family pool. It was perfect for our week there. The beach is simply beautiful with great snorkeling steps from the resort.
