Hotel advertises continental breakfast will be served from 6 AM to 9 AM. I stayed there for several nights and every morning when I went down before 7am for continental breakfast there was barely anything there. One morning I went down at 6:15 AM and there was only 3 bagels, a couple pieces of fruit, some plain frosted flakes and some plain raisin brain.

Three of us stayed overnight on our way to Orange Beach and it was decent enough. It is close to restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities worked. The breakfast was sparse, but it was enough to get us on the road.

This hotel was terrifying. Thank God, we had our own blankets sheets and all the things because we were traveling to bring in because there’s no way we could’ve slept on that stuff. It smelt so awful in the hotel and then 10 times worse in the room that we were in and I mean, awful like like someone had cooked food and burnt it and left it for days in there it was hard to breathe. It was filthy. Disgusting I really can’t believe that they call us a Windheim property because it was not at all. It was like a trucker stop.

Staff was exceptional. Check in was a beeeze, everyone was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Basic, cheap hotel. The mirror was dirty and trash can had trash in it. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing. The inside of the shower curtain was pretty gross and the floor was dirty.
