New apartment, recently completed / new, overlooking Juan Carlos I Park and windows that provide brightness, clarity and relaxation ...
1 bedroom with double bed and one with 2 single beds plus 1 bed in living room, closets and 2 bathrooms exceptional. In common areas has a single bed of the fifth guest that allows the living room and dining room. Full kitchen staff. Next to bus and train stations, taxis and ten minutes to enter the old-town (Judería-Mezquita). Quiet, residential and consolidated zone in proximity trade and services.

Brand new in good location

On the second floor looking across at the park, we had a wonderful stay in this flat. Everything was new and well organized - just like the pictures. The location was a few minute's walk to the old section of town, free of tourists but in an active neighborhood. Luis was a gracious host and we look forward to returning.

Cordoba Sightseeing

Location is excellent with markets, restaurants, and attractions close by. Parking advertised though really a matter of chance like most Spanish cities. Be prepared to hunt for a space. Because the area has many bars and restaurants it was noisy late at night. Our unit was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Worth the price paid.

Apartamento muy confortable y excelenet ubicación..

Es un refugio muy cómodo, con grandes ventanales, por tanto mucha luz y con vistas frente al parque..A room with a view"... que te posibilita andar, pasear, respirar, running... y con cercanía al centro coudad y barrio Judería-Mezquita diez munitos andando. Además se encuadra en un barrio con comercios detallistas, supermarkets, cafeterías and mesones y restaurantes.
