Apartamento de diseño cuya cocina ha sido reformada con materiales de alta calidad y electrodomésticos de última generación. El salón cuenta con revestimiento acústico de roble en la zona de comedor. Junto al comedor esta la sala de televisión con un elegante sofá de tres plazas, que se convierte en un dormitorio al ser un sofá cama de apertura italiana, que se transforma en una auténtico cama de 1,40. El apartamento esta una céntrica pero a su vez tranquila calle situada a escasos segundos de la plaza de las Tendillas. Lugar estratégico para conocer el centro histórico de Córdoba. Al principio de la calle se sitúa la Taberna Góngora, una de las mas antiguas de Córdoba. A escasos segundos, junto a al iglesia de San Miguel, esta la taberna El pisto y en la calle San Álvaro restaurante la Montillana junto a otros restaurantes en los que degustar la gastronomía de Córdoba.
