When you enter the unit you will notice our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay. Very clean
The inside was very clean. We had no internet or tv. I was told it was out of their control. For the future maybe send someone in to check and make sure everything is working. For people needing to work its an inconvenience to have to go somewhere with wifi especially when you have paid for that service included in the price.

Location!
My Son and I travelled to Iowa for orientation at the University. This place was perfect for us in that it was an easy drive to the University and a nice place to stay while searching for apartments for him. Plenty of restaurants around, and a quiet area. Pleasant stay.
