Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. "Wow. We are on a 2 week road trip through Puglia and Masseria Li Foggi has been our absolutely favourite hotel so far. A stunning place with very spacious, comfortable rooms that cares about every tiny detail. The staff are super kind, the food is delicious (both breakfast and dinner), the property is stylish and effortlessly cool. I will recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be back! "

"Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us. "

If you are diving to Gallipoli - make sure you park the car by the port (free parking) before you drive into the historic district to avoid a fine as it is restricted to residents only - if you drove onto the island, tell the hotel so that they can notify the authorities that you are a hotel guest. "the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"La struttura non si è dimostrata come nelle foto la stanza era poco curata nell’ arredamento e nella pulizia il letto era scomodo con un copri letto vecchio e sporco, il bagno era poco curato nel water e nella doccia c’erano macchie nere l’intonaco vicino le pareti che cadeva e la luce dello specchio era fulminata. La colazione era poco però tutto fresco e buono. Peccato solo per la stanza molto deluso."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
