This hotel is located on the south side of Copenhagen, in more of a residential/business area. There is a bus stop(s) located just outside of the building. There is a subway stop due to open in June 2024. There is a restaurant onsite that is delicious. There is a bar and the breakfast buffet is fabulous. All in all I'd highly recommend, we loved our stay.

There was a lot of construction noise that made parts of the stay unpleasant- not the fault of the hotel but still had an impact on enjoyment

No ice available .Broken machine in gym .Charge to use Sauna when it appeared to be included when booking.Overpriced for not much included. Room was small for 3 adults. Would not recommend.

Since I rented a car, I liked that it had easy parking and was also close to highway for travelling outside of Copenhagen. I also like the buffet breakfast. It helped with getting the day started.

I won’t stay at this hotel or chain again!!!!!
very disappointed, I booked this hotel for 7 people due to a business trip. according to the website it had a SPA, including a sauna and bathtub. Arriving at the hotel I was told that it was under construction. the rooms were not air-conditioned and room service has to be requested, I asked for a room refresh and only the towels were taken away leaving me with just a single clean towel and the sheets were not changed the water content in the shower is terrible and the bathroom is all wet after a shower. the shower is terrible, sometimes I thought the water was running out because the outlet was so weak. I will not stay at this hotel or chain again.
