The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Expected checkout time is at 11:00 Am or before. Cleaning crew arrives 5 minutes after 11:00 AM
Take out all bagged garbage and place it in designated trash bin located outside the house by kitchen area. DO NOT place trash bags in patio or near water sources "pila" .
Turn off all AC units prior to leaving the property. make sure they are off. Leave the keys in same place we left them for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Just wow!

Yall! This is the ONLY place to stay with a family! Private and Lux. It was perfect in every way! Air conditioning, 2 pools and room for everyone. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. The host was incredible and so so so so kind. He was always just a call/txt away. We even got stuck here dureing a strike that shut down the only road in and out and Don Paco went out of his way to help us coordinate an alternative route and find a way out. The kindness is appreciated beyond words. Thanks for the great stay! Maybe one year we can come back so we could actually see the ruins.
