Front and rear decks to relax and enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze. A Smart TV with Stan and Netflix connected and DVD in the comfy lounge room round up the upstairs. Unlimited WiFi as well.
Downstairs – Bedroom 2 with a Double bed, Bedroom 3 with 2 singles and Bedroom 4 has a set of single bunks. This room also has an Apple TV. Laundry comes with Washing machine, dryer, 2nd toilet and shower. The property has 4 heaters to keep you toasty warm during the cooler months. Property is not fenced. No garage but ample off street parking.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast’s most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It’s a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there’s a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there’s a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
