"What stood out the most was the staff. They texted me shortly after check in and asked if I needed anything. It was great to be able to text the staff at any time with any question I had. "
"First we loved the lobby architecture and that we were upgraded to a suite. Secondly the bar was a real good vibe place to have a drink and even dinner, which we really enjoyed."
"Excellent customer service throughout all employee levels. Rooms and hotel are Beautifully decorated with high quality bedding, towels, etc. Great restaurant and Sky bar. One of our best hotel experiences ever!"
"Great location on King Street, but the hotel is currently under renovation and the rooms feel dated. While the breakfast selection was excellent, the dining area was too cramped for the number of guests. The pool is large, but unfortunately, the chlorine levels were so high they caused skin irritation for my children. Additionally, the parking is overpriced and misleading; they charge per calendar day rather than a 24-hour cycle. For example, staying from 4 PM to 11 AM cost us $48. Between the old rooms and the hidden costs, I would not recommend this hotel."
