Coonandry Cottage Farmstay

The Mud Brick Cottage has a full kitchen, Wood Fire, Mineral magnesium Pool shared access with us and Air Conditioner. We are located only 4 kms from town.

We are Pet Friendly and ask that you provide information regarding your pet for approval for them to stay prior to booking To ensure we stay pet friendly, there are rules to be followed; we can’t have big dogs that are not friendly towards other dogs or animals
Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool area.
There is a secure yard at the cottage, pets are not to be left inside the cottage unattended.
Pets must be on lead and secured by you when not in the secure yard.
All mess is to be cleaned up or it will incur an additional fee.

A quiet and comfortable stay on a property close to town. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean, as was the bathroom. Debra and Wayne are friendly hosts and greeted us warmly. Highly recommended.

Fabulous weekend getaway spot

Great place to stay and the hosts are very welcoming. Nice and close to the Warrumbungles for hiking day trips. A quiet place to stay immersed in the sounds of nature.

Excellent for a short stay

Thank you to Debbie for a great stay. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and a great pool. Kids got to feed the sheep and the chooks which was lots of fun!

Spot on for my walking plans & a bit of star gazing. Location great, out of town but not too far from town. Hosts Debbie & Wayne were wonderful again.

Another great stay at Wayne & Debra's property, my 3rd visit. W&D helpful & hospitable as always. Location perfect for me, close to the NP for walks, the observatory plus to Woolies for restocking supplies. Perfect.

Everything you need

This was our second time staying at the cottage. It is well appointed & very clean. A short drive into town. The wood fire & air conditioning were appreciated with the chilly Winter mornings & the beds are super comfortable. Debbie & Wayne are very welcoming & friendly.

Great place for family trip

Highly recommend. Very clean well set up accomodation. Super comfortable. Open plan made the accomodation extra fun for the kids. Lovely hosts. The kids fed the sheep and loved doing that. Lots of birdlife. Very peaceful. Beautiful sunsets and easy star gazing. Not far at all from the main part of town where there is Woolworths and plenty of restaurants and easy drive to the Warrambungles. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at Coonandry Cottage. The hosts were very welcoming, everything was clean and tidy, and the location was great. The cottage was peaceful and secluded, and still close enough to town to easily go there to eat or get supplies.

Lovely farmstay and close to town

Had a great stay. Children loved seeing the animals on the property. Debra, our host, was very helpful and engaging to our needs. She managed to arrange a shower chair for our daughter who had previously broken her leg.

Beautiful property and lovely hosts

We had the most enjoyable time at Coonandry Cottage. It is a beautiful property close to the town centre and amenities. The cottage itself is spacious and unique which was built by Deb and Wayne themselves. They were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back again.

Beautiful cottage and property

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The kids loved seeing the sheep and chickens. Stars galore.

Our stay at Coonandry Cottage was excellent. Our hosts were delightful without being intrusive. The property is in a great position close to town but quiet and private. Lots to do in this area. Just to hang out on the verandah, read a book, listen to the birds, watch the chooks and sheep is very pleasant. The stars are not only by the billions in the sky but also here at this accommodation.

Huge open plan mudbrick cottage with high ceilings. Very clean and well appointed. Friendly owner. Bush setting with nice vibe for outdoor dining on the deck. Swimming pool!
