Basic room, but clean. Bed was comfortable and the shower hot. If you are after a budget room, this motel is a good option. Free. Netflix was a nice little bonus.

The only issue was that most of the motels in Cooma are on Sharpe street which is the main road and extending to the highway so lots of truck noise from 5 am

Parking wasn't available upon arrival on the first night, and routine room service needed to be reminded through text on a daily basis. The bathroom sink was leaking water onto the floor.

Room was a bit cramped, but had all the basic equipment. No staff on site, entry code was communicated by phone.

Bed was comfortable and auto check in and parking was easy . Didn’t like upstairs apartment - no milk and fridge and tv wasn’t turned on . Room for 4 was very cramped .

Room was clean, but very small. The main complaint is the overly soft bed that sagged in the middle. For the cost of the room a comfortable bed was our minimum expectation and was not met.

Was good layout and bedding for needs. But the room needs double glazed windows as the traffic was really loud. The aircon also very noisy and the power light super bright - made worse when it starts flashing during a cycle in the middle of the night. The curtains also don’t fully cover the windows letting in a lot of light.

They cancel our booking without asking us. When we reach their, no rooms for us. We can’t find other palace to stay. That’s a worst experience for us. We won’t see any service like this. I prefers you all that’s not good place to stay.

Arriving late after driving from Sydney we were given a pin to check in which was seamless. Whilst it’s a relatively small room it has everything you need- heating, mini fridge, toaster and kettle and parking was undercover (meant no ice on windscreen which is a bonus). Clean and tidy but the best part was the electric blankets on the bed!!!!! Its a little bit away from the main drag but as we left at 6am the next morning to head to the slopes it was perfect. We’ve stayed in many places in Cooma and we’d recommend this.
