The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience.

Great 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location opposite a park, walking distance to Canberra's shops and restaurants. Key access was via 2 four digit key locks inside a low down letterbox, which proved to be very tricky on checking in and out of property. Property was clean, tidy and comfortable (although there was quite a bit of mould on bathroom tiles). We had repairs required (leaking kitchen sink and bent curtain pole preventing balcony access) but the owner came and repaired 2 days later. On checking out, we attempted to follow instructions left by putting our garabage bag of weekly rubbish in the downstairs bin room - only to find the required room locked with a sign stated leaving rubbish incurs a fine. As we had a plane to catch, and we were following the only instructions given, we were left with no alternative but to leave our rubbish outside this room.

Beautiful spacious appartment with a lovely balcony and the best view. We walked to Parliment house then the war memorial, we rack up 20,000 steps but really easy walk . Great location shopping centre land restaurant less than 75 m away , but really quiet . The only thing for other guests if you are parking your car - turn in under the appartment block follow the turn circle all the way around , key box on left hand side pick key , then drive turn right towards The Crown immediately opposite on your right is the rollar door before the EZY corner shop . Parking spot is right next to lift , takes you right up to apartment, this directions would have help us . Book here best apartment !!
