"i didn't stay in the property because the owner cancelled due to them having covid, but he never refunded my money and VRBO promised to help and process the refund but they never did. And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. This is my first time to try VRBO and there will never be a second time! So please stay away if...
