L’accueil avec Romain a été super, la maison est magnifique, tout comme la maison des amis et la grange qui est un vrai plus en cas de pluie !Nous nous sommes baladés dans la propriété où nous avons vu des ânes et chevaux, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable ! La propriété a énormément de charme, nous avons passé de très bons moments conviviales dans le salon, et au bord de la piscine qui était très agréable...

"Je tiens à souligner et remercier la flexibilité de Marine qui gère la location. Elle a toujours répondu à mes questions, nous avons pu arriver tranquillement et pas de pression pour le départ. C’est un réel atout. Et aussi la Grange est exceptionnelle. Elle permet de passer du temps dehors même si la météo n’est pas au rendez-vous ! "Nous avons fêtez nos 30 ans avec nos amis et nous n’aurons pas pu avoir meilleur lieu pour vivre ce moment. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et flexibles dans la gestion de notre séjour. Ils sont même aller jusqu’à nous remplacer l’ampoule grillée de la terrasse à 22h! "Booked last minute for Le Mans 24H. New accommodation was all very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfy and the shower was brilliant. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were nice to have. On street parking outside was safe and plentiful. Short walk over bridge into town for lovely local bakery is well worth doing. Looking forward to staying again!"

"Gîte spacieux et agréable (confort, jardin, cour pour garer les véhicules etc...), merveilleusement situé pour randonner autour de Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (nombreux PR et GR) et dans les alpes mancelles ! "A total revamp of an old Campanile room. Very smart and comfortable. Had wster heater although I think that a kettle would have been more practical. It had a shower over a high sided bath but a walk in shower would have been more accessible. Lovely large king size bed. Restaurant available for guests even on a Sunday evening. Easy parking infront of your room. No upstairs so eady access for all. No noise from upstairs too! Eady access motorway. Quiet industrial estate location. Friendly staff and welcoming. Would certainly recommend and stay again. Thankyou. "

Authentic Large Property in the Heart of Perche, Peacefull Location, Pool, Park

"My 5 year old summed this up best: ‘I wish we could live here!’ The property was idyllic. It was set in huge private grounds that are not overlooked by anyone except horses and donkeys. We had all our meals outside in the sunny courtyard chatting around the large tables and listening to nature, under the shade of the tree, and spent evenings there also under garden string lights. We loved the pool - the kids spent endless hours in it and the adults could relax on the comfy sun loungers under the parasols. There was also a pool cover and the area was gated so very safe for kids. The area was incredibly quiet - we could cycle on the roads from the property without coming across many vehicles, and visited many pretty villages in le perche region and saw beautiful churches, went to nice markets and played mini golf. But we didn’t need to leave the property - there was enough there to entertain us - the pool, table tennis, darts, badminton, bikes, table football, hammocks, swing, river, donkeys, ponds and frogs, games (we loved pickomino!) and tv (that was never turned on!). The accommodation was clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, floorboards were on the creaky side and doorways low for taller guests, but authentically renovated and full of character. What a privilege it was to have spent a week in such a lovely, peaceful place. "

"Our stay was perfect for an overnight during further travel. We had a friendly greeting with information of where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable and a more than adequate breakfast. We were lucky to have a parking space on site but there are not really enough spaces for the number of rooms. "
