Os atendentes são todos muito gentis e atenciosos. Mas o quarto estava sujo , banheiro cheio de pelos e cabelos, uma das camas estava com o lençol todo sujo. Cama desconfortável. O que salvou foi a educação e presteza dos atendentes e o café da manhã

Hotel extremamente despreparado para receber muitas pessoas, apesar de a equipe ter tentado fazer o que dava. Os quartos são minúsculos até mesmo para 2 pessoas, e no café da manha não tem reposição rápida, é necessário ficar vigiando quando repõe os alimentos.

Ficamos 1h na fila para fazer check in e atrasou toda a nossa programação. Além disso, a hospedagem incluía estacionamento, porém não tinha vaga. Estavam oferecendo vagas nos arredores do hotel. O quarto é pequeno e dentro do box do banheiro não comporta uma pessoa obesa. A cama e os travesseiros são de qualidade. O quarto estava bem limpo.

HOSPEDAGEM PERFEITA

Hospedagem perfeita do inicio ao fim, mesmo o check in sendo as 14 horas os mesmos se disponibilizaram a arrumar um quarto mais cedo, como cortesia, todos os dias da minha estadia o quarto era limpo, as cama era arrumada, as toalhas trocadas e o banheiro limpo, hotel seguro, os quartos não tive pertubação, o café da manhã impecável, se você esta procurando segurança, conforto, praticidade, ótimo atendimento pode ir neste hotel, vale cada centavo, funcionários educados, a unica critica é que a região ao redor não tem opções de restaurantes, no entanto o ifood funciona e supre essa falta. Podem se hospedar pois não vai ter dor de cabeça nesse hotel.
