Exterior
ibis Constantine
3.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (125)
"The worst I’ve ever seen. When I entered the room there was no phone , no hand soap no shampoo no conditioner. The towels are so dirty , the room was awful. On the top of that, they charge me extra when I checked out even though I paid using Expedia . They told me it a government tax. I will never go back to this hotel . Impossible 👎👎👎"

Reception
Novotel Constantine
4.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (45)
"Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant."
