10/10 Excellent

"We had an enjoyable relaxing stay. Most things seemed to be recently updated, and very clean. Although it was a non-smoking room, the pillows had a slight scent to them. I thought it was just my imagination, until my wife mentioned it also. I am sure I could have asked for different pillows and they would have readily provided them. Breakfast was nice, and the chairs were probably the only things not already updated. The upholstery was worn, but that said they were still comfortable. The desk and cleaning staff were all nice, and I will definitely stay there again."

"This hotel is in a good location, right off of exit 125 of I-40. There are lots of restaurants within a 5-minute drive, a shopping mall, and other stores as well. It is an older hotel in need of updating, but the staff is nice, and they do offer a free hot breakfast. There is a Cracker Barrel, Zaxby's, and Hooters right next to their property."

"I was traveling with an elderly person and specifically booked a room with a roll in shower. When we checked in, the first room had a tub. I immediately called the front desk and was told a manager had changed my reservation for some reason but there was no reason given. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and found an accessible room which worked well. I am not happy that my reservation was changed without notice or communication. Everything else (front desk, cleanliness, etc) was good."

"Hotel property and Rooms were clean. Cleanliness rating was 100% by the health department. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was kept stocked. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to Emily at the front desk and Yolanda in the breakfast area."
