Property was just as pictured in the vrbo.com pictures. It was updated and stylishly decorated. The fire pit and hot tub were the hit of our trip and gave us many hours of relaxation. Please note you do need to bring your own firewood or pick up deadwood around the property. We had a nice surprise seeing we were able to use Netflix while there. Caution to anyone driving up the gravel road because there are four speed bumps that are hazardous. The township and HOA has been informed of the severity of the bumps and the fact that you don’t see where they are because they are not painted and there are no bump signs at each of the locations, which really should be Installed by the township. I was only driving between 5-10 mph, because I was aware of the speed bumps from another review, and still bottomed out on two of them. Lastly, If it is all women renting the facility, like it was for us, I suggest bringing extra toilet paper. We ran out due to only having one extra roll in each bathroom and since two of the bathrooms had very little left on the toilet paper spindle, we ran out. The neighbor on the side was not an issue at all, nor was any barking dogs, which was posted by another reviewer. The owner has done a wonderful job by putting up a privacy fence on the side of the neighbor and also deck posts and outside curtains off the deck area which can be closed. If you have the time, please check out Campbell Pottery in Cambridge Springs, PA. It is a 45 minute drive but well worth the trip. We loved the property and I have plans on visiting again with my husband sometime in 2021.
