The woman at the front desk was lovely. I didn’t do my research and didn’t realize the property did not have an elevator and she moved us to the first floor. The property as very dated and semi-clean. My issue was a pavilion behind the restaurant/bar. When we arrived at 5:30 there was very loud music playing and 1-3 people out there. Around 8:30 they REALLY cranked it up and I finally called the front desk and asked about quiet hours. I was informed the bar was having “Tiki Night” and the music would end around 10pm or maybe MIDNIGHT! If this is a bar/restaurant fine. But I signed up for a hotel room. I was traveling with my child 12 hours to get to my elderly mother who was hospitalized with a bad fall. I honestly would never stay here again and would like a full refund. Oh and the doors from the exterior were supposed to require a key but were broken. It sounds as if it’s more of a place for people to party than a hotel. The woman at the desk did offer to move us but we were already almost as far away as we could have been from the bar.

Check in was quick and staff was excellent. The hotel itself is ok but the bathroom really needs update. It didn't feel clean and it's not because of the staff. The tub is just old and needs to be replaced. Otherwise bed itself was good. Location is great.

The hotel is in much need of some updating. Our room was not cleaned prior to checking in, there were chips on the floor, the shampoo bottle was half full like they did not change it from the previous guests. The ice machine on the second floor was broke and appeared to be broke for a while. There was also a vehicle in the parking lot with 4 flat tires.

The property was nice we didn’t have any issues with the room, furniture was newer. The bathroom is very tight, that was the only thing that took away from the room.
