Modern and new townhouse in Conil with sea views, air condition and wifi, for 2-4 persons Modern and bright townhouse with beautiful sea views from its upper terrace. Casa Javi is for 4 people, located in a very quiet area but close to the centre of Conil. It is fully equipped to offer comfort and convenience, with air conditioning, smart tv, internet access, beautiful furnished terrace with sea views.

Details:
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (1,50 wide) and another with two single beds (80cm). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. Next to the bedrooms there is a modern bathroom with shower.
The first floor is equipped with a toilet, a modern kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (filter), toaster, kettle, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
Living-dining room with smart tv with Spanish and international programmes via SAT, air conditioning, wifi, dining table with chairs and a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 2 children, 1,40 wide).
On the first floor we find the terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, awning to protect from the sun and hammocks to enjoy the sea views.
The house has 2 comfortable staircases to access the first floor and the terrace. There is also a washing machine on the upper floor. The area is generally very quiet.

Nette helle Wohnung in guter ruhiger Lage mit kurzen Wegen zur Nahversorgung (Lebensmittelmarkt , Fleischer und Fischladen im Umkreis von 200 Metern), Gut ausgestatte Küche jnd Bäder. Ruhige Schlafräume. Kurze Wege zur Altstadt mit div. Restaurants und zum Strand. Toller Blick von der Terrasse, Auflagen/Polster für die Terrassenmöbel wären schön gewesen. Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe mit Chani hat super geklappt. Wir hatten einen tollen , fast 3 wöchigen Aufenthalt dort. Gern wieder

Una casa estupenda. No sólo limpia, aséptica, sensación al llegar muy profesional y los dueños muy atentos. Todo muy nuevo y funcional, perfecto para pasar una semana de vacaciones en Conil, con todos los servicios a mano. Aunque hay una tirada andando a la playa merece mucho la pena por el precio y también por la tranquilidad de la zona. Tiene una distribución peculiar. En nuestro caso, pareja con niños grandes, la aconsejo 100%. Encantada de haber estado allí

Waren schon zum zweiten Mal in einer Unterkunft von Casa Conil und fühlen uns immer wieder wohl in den sauberen Apartments mit hohem Wohncomfort in toller Lage!
