"Hotel para descansar y desconectar , súper tranquilo.. limpio y agradable … sólo que cuando llego me dicen que no tienen la habitación que había reservado por la App y me dan otra más inferior sin opciones, yo reservé una habitación vistas al mar y me dan una interior sin vistas y encima me cobran la estancia al mismo precio que reservé y para colmó salí de allí con todo el cuerpo lleno de picaduras de algún insecto que hubiera en la cama no eran mosquitos por las picaduras "

"La habitación está perfectamente acondicionada, lo único que no nos ha gustado es la puerta transparente de cristal del cuarto de baño. La zonas co.unes son tranquilas, limpias y con una decoración muy bonita. Nos han permitido que mi perrito Leo disfrute en familia está experiencia y eso es un punto importante para nosotras. El servicio y la atención ha sido en todo momento satisfactoria. Se implican en el confort y bienestar de sus inquilinos."

"Solo female traveller who stayed here in April '23. The place was perfect and better than I'd imagined. Big room with great balcony. Multiple places to roam and hang out - I personally went from pool to pool bar to beach to gym to buffet. ;) The staff were amazing - whether they were cleaners, servers, cooks, front desk, spa, lifeguards. Everyone was approachable and relaxed and warm and friendly. I loved the variety at the buffet and the quality of the food so much that I sent a video back home...
