"No problems nice hotel "

"We love love loved this hotel! Stayed the night before a festival at the bowl and it was a great price, especially considering there was a big event happening. The member of staff who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really clean and spacious, and we were so thankful for the brilliant air con as we were there during a heatwave. At midnight I went to use the water fountain to fill up mine and my partner's water bottles but it was broken, so the reception staff kindly filled them up for us from the bar. It was the perfect rest we needed before our long day the next day. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in the UK, and we will definitely be staying again for the festival next year."

"All hotel staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and the majority of the hotel and its facilities were spotlessly clean. The hotel food was excellent. The breakfast was quite expensive considering it was not included, but there was a wide choice of options for every dietary requirement. Not a major issue, but the area of the gym used for stretching (which was located behind the machines was quite dusty in the corners and they could do with some new mats in that area. The two that were there were quite worn, but just a small detail which may only be noticed by someone who does a lot of floor exercises! Other than this minor detail, I can definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Was due to stay at the property for 2 nights and on the day was still yet to receive any check in info. I sent over a message on Vrbo and direct to the number I was given which had been labelled as the hosts number. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and as 3pm came around I had still not received any details nor gotten a reply, I ended up contacting travel nest by phone call (number provided through Vrbo) to have them tell me the booking had been cancelled by the host 3 minutes before I was due to check in. I was told this was due to overbooking, they were apologetic and told me I’d be given a refund however, this did not solve the issue that I now had no where to sleep and would struggle to find a place for the very same night. Overall an irresponsible host for overbooking and not cancelling my reservation until minutes before check in time, don’t risk booking this place in case this is a common occurrence."

"Lovely stay, property accurately represented online and was warm, cosy and cleanly upon arrival. Had an issue with receiving the details for checkout (apparently it’s usually automated to send out after booking) but had already received a phone number to contact if there were any issues. Decided to ring up and was greeted with lovely customer service, had the issue sorted instantly. Would happily book again."
