Liked the quiet bit didn't like that the indoor pool and hot tub area was closed for maintenance. That subtracts from value of the stay but every thing else was fine

Breakfast was a 10!!
Check in took a long time. It wasn’t her fault—someone kept her on the phone a LONG time. She apologized many times. Lots of choices for breakfast!! Room was very quiet.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were good. My grandkids were terribly disappointed that the pool was closed. There were pictures of the pool but no mention on the website that it was closed. I should have read the reviews as one mentioned it.

Great place to stay in Concordia.
Nice room, clean facility, and friendly front desk staff who allowed a 25 minutes early check-in on a 105 degree day, which I appreciated greatly.

Nicely appointed hotel. Friendly vibe from front desk check in. Everything working properly, quietly. Two suggestions: - USB ports or electrical plugs needed near bed stand. - Lavatory drain cruddy.
