Really lovely stay here! Great location, lovely staff and comfortable rooms. The downsides are that there was a broken hook in our room so we couldn’t hang clothes during our showers, and there was a metal part of the bed sticking out, so when I got out of bed it cut my leg.

Bathrooms are awkwardly small and double bed rooms were also smaller than expected. Ended up in a downsized room from what we reserved and expected. The industrial adult playground aspect of the common area wasn't as interesting as the listing makes it seem. Above average location, but value overall ...

Hyatt Place San Francisco Downtown
The rooms are spacious, clean, my favorite part was the noise cancellation and that the staff are very friendly, topped of customers. Ithai in the front desk was the best in customer service. The breakfast was really good. Would stay again
