Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 mÂČ living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, large terrace and private parking. We're waiting for you!

Sioul "🙂 Un trĂšs bel appartement, vaste et trĂšs pratique, neuf, bien Ă©quipĂ© et avec un parking sĂ©curisĂ©. Deux chambres, un vaste sĂ©jour lumineux et une terrasse superbe. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  Concarneau Ă  20 minutes de la plage des Sables Blancs et de la ville, 5 minutes en voiture de la zone commerciale. La gestion Ă  distance est trĂšs pratique, les instructions claires et prĂ©cises. Nous avons dĂ©jĂ  envie de revenir!😃 🙁 Rien de spĂ©cial, exceptĂ© quelques voisins peu discrets mais sans ĂȘtre vraiment gĂȘnants."

Sioul "AgrĂ©able et bonne surprise 🙂 L'appartement est trĂšs propre et bien meublĂ© et joliment dĂ©corĂ©, bien spacieux pour une petite de 4 personnes (salon, chambres, toilettes et salle de bain, terrasse). SituĂ© au Rez-de-chaussĂ©e, pas loin du port et des commerces avec une boulangerie et une pharmacie Ă  une rue: donc pratique. Nathalie que j'ai contactĂ©e est attentive, Ă  l'Ă©coute, agrĂ©able et rĂ©active. Un plus pour le site yaago ! 🙁 Nous n'avons pas reçu la clĂ© des portes pour le local poubelles. Et le site yaago n'est pas Ă  jour pour nous orienter sur les points de dĂ©pĂŽt des dĂ©chets. Mais ce n'est rien car l'information est donnĂ©e ailleurs."

Sioul "🙂 Appartement trĂšs clair, avec une piĂšce de vie vaste donnant sur une terrasse-balcon vraiment particuliĂšrement grande. Literie confortable dans des chambres bien agencĂ©es. La place de parking en sous-sol est bien pratique. Le logement est bien situĂ©, quasiment Ă  mi chemin de la vieille ville et de Leclerc. La conciergerie qui gĂšre le logement Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs efficace et rĂ©active"
