3 bedroom/2 bath house on the beautiful Frio River in Concan Tx. Enjoy the river right out the front door on our family-owned private property. Walk or drive down to the 200' of the Frio River. Escape to the river and sit, tube or kayak and take in the beauty of the large cypress trees and hill country background. BBQ on our large front porch under the beautiful shade trees or enjoy the covered porch, Sit by the fire pit at night to stargaze and enjoy your company. Front yard has a lighted washer pit and area for cornhole boards. Bring the kids to experience Garner State Park for hiking, swimming and the famous dance hall.
*Visit us for live music at the House Pasture, yearly Fall Festivals, Spring Break and more. The wintertime is a haven for serenity to enjoy with family for the holidays or hunting season.
