"Fake Hotel posted as “Muong Thanh President Bac Ninh” and use the photos of the “real” hotel with very similar name “Muong Thanh Luxury Bac Ninh.” I went to the real Muong Thanh hotel. Staff told me it’s a scam. The “Muong Thanh President Bac Ninh” doesn’t exist. They used the real hotel’s photo to post on Expedia and cheat for profits. The posted address is the same. I need a refund for this transaction. "
"It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isn’t comfy. But it’s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other options in the area. No competition. Service is good but slow. But I guess all the staff are new and still learning. Good experience for Bac ninh, but I was hoping for more. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam.
The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks.
The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. The spa treatments were all priced but much higher end and luxury facilities compared to what I have seen in Hanoi. Gym very new and has daily classes (spin, pilates). We did a sound bath meditation in the beautiful meditation hall.
The staff were so helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, they made sure we had a lovely stay. "
