"OK, a bit old and tired. Was too cool to use pool-didn't realize spa was extra (and a lot extra) Breakfast good, room comfortable, good location to get to airport and to the park. Try to restaurant next door very local and inexpensive."

"Our room was very warm and we were unable to adjust it so after three unanswered calls to the front desk I went down there. The guy checked it and said it was set on "heat" so he switched it to "cool" but it never cooled off. We were unable to sleep well. Also, only one towel was provided in a room that had two people so we had to share."

"Staff was somewhat helpful. The hotel is run down a lot more than pictures show. Things look dirty and not well maintained. Bed was comfy but furniture is old and worn out. Very few plug ins in the room which is hard when you have 4 people in one room. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain well probably because they haven’t been cleaned out in years. Shower is super small and there are no shelves to put your shampoo and shower items so we had to put them on the shower floor. The lights in the stairway didn’t work so the stairway was dark. The complimentary breakfast was toast and boiled eggs, and there was only 5 boiled eggs. Other than that it was some sweet cake stuff. My sisters families room was even worse. We both booked quadruple rooms with a double bed and 2 twin beds as we wanted comfortable beds and specifically didn’t want sofa beds but they got a double bed and a nasty looking sofa bed. I would not book here again and if I could f gotten another hotel room somewhere else law I would have left there."
