"We have been coming to this cottage for almost as many years as it has been available. It had been a while since our last visit, but we were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it still is. We enjoyed our trip so much, did more cooking at home than we used to and found the kitchen very well equipped. But the porch is still the best place on the whole property! That view is something!"

"The place was clean, quiet and safe. Walking distance to downtown. The hot tub was great and hot. not lukewarm, great places to relax after walking all over Fredricksburg. Staff were very friendly and helpful with finding places to eat. Friedhelm's! - Jaegerschnitzel was awesome, in my opinion the only way to eat a porkchop!! Los Tios had great Mexican food. Both these restaurants had excellent food and service and seemed happy that you were there. Some sites and shops we visited acted as if they were not happy with their job or serving customers."
