"The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?"

"Chalet - spacious, warm and welcoming.Two families stayed here and had a wonderful time, perfect location for restaurants, ski rental, walks.Layout of house, meant we could all eat together and spend time together, while still having our own private spaces. Children loved the table tennis area and adults loved the sauna. Good for snow days, where some could still relax and sledge."

"The staff were good, but the room I was in desperately needs improving, in terms of fixing items, repairing tiles and sealent around the bath etc. Its tired and wouldn't take much to do. But the rooms were clean. "
